Alice Calloway

POINT CLEAR, AL Alice Grass Calloway, age 90, a lifelong resident of Point Clear, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2014. Alice was one of the very first volunteers at Thomas Hospital’s Ladies Auxiliary, where she served for over 50 years. She was a past State President of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Noah “Boots” Calloway, and son, Norris B. Calloway. Alice is survived by her daughter, Delores Calloway of Pt. Clear; brother, Buddy Grass of Pass Christian, MS; four grandchildren, Alicia, Daphne, and Arlene Jennings, and Britton Calloway; two great grandsons, Kendall Jennings and Kingston Danne.
