Margaret Ann March Moore

September 30, 1917 to August 26, 2014.             Daughter of William H. and Margaret Taylor March. Sister of William H. March, Jr. (Mary Agnes) and Dillon Taylor March (Virginia). Mother of Frank Durword Moore, Jr. (Deborah) and William March Moore (Vickie). Pre-deceased by two husbands: Frank Durword Moore and William New Eddins.             Graduated as a member of the Murphy High School Class of 1934, earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Duke University in 1938, and her Master of Arts Degree from the University of Alabama in 1940. She was retired after proudly serving as a member of the faculty at the University of Alabama and teaching for many decades in various public school systems of the State of Alabama.             Devoted member of the Government Street United Methodist Church in Mobile.             Lived to enjoy five grandchildren and their spouses: Mary Margaret Moore Healy (Kevin), Caroline March Moore Springfield (Frank), Leah Earl Moore Henschen (Adam), William March Moore, Jr. (Anna), and Dillon Taylor Moore (Joanna), and thirteen great grandchildren.             Burial will be at Mobile Memorial Gardens on Saturday, August 30, 2014, following a time for fellowship, remembrance commencing at 1:00 P.M. in the Memorial Gardens Chapel,             In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Government Street Methodist Church, 901 Government Street, Mobile, AL 36604.
