J. Waylan Helms

J. Waylan Helms, Age 69, born in Mobile, AL and a resident of Fairhope, AL passed away on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at his residence. Mr. Helms was a graduate of Murphy High School, enjoyed golf, tennis and fishing.  He retired from Kimberly-Clark in 2005.He is preceded in death by a daughter, Lana Smith, a sister, Judy White and a brother, Anthony Helms. Survivors include his wife, Susan of Fairhope; two daughters, Sharla (Stuart) Brink and Lori Helms all of Mobile, AL; one brother, Bobby Helms of Warner Robbins, GA; three grandchildren, Kayla Smith, Lundy Brink and Mae Brink; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 17, 2014 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope from 2:00pm until 4:00pm.
