ALPHARETTA, GA. Elizabeth Anne Cooper, age 92, a native of Baldwin County and a resident of Alpharetta, GA passed away Friday, August 1, 2014. She was born in Baldwin County, lived most of her life in Louisville, KY then relocated back to Mobile, where she was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. After her husband’s passing, she moved to Alpharetta, GA. She devoted most of her life to caring for others and raising her grandchildren. Elizabeth was a member of St. Brigid Catholic Church in Alpharetta, GA. She is preceded in death by her husband, John J. Cooper and her son, John S. Cooper, three sister and one brother. Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Mary E. Stamos of Alpharetta, GA.; seven grandchildren, Carrie Parker of Alpharetta, GA., Johnathan Bringmann of Austin, TX., Angela Bringmann of Alpharetta, GA., Judie Gafford of Cumming, Ga., Steve Cooper of Scottsdale, AZ., Kaye Cooper of Elizabethtown, KY., Amanda Cooper of Louisville, KY; four great-grandchildren. Many other loving relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Sunday, August 3, 2014 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Daphne, AL Funeral services will be held, Monday, August 4, 2014 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Daphne, AL.
