Ruth Wagner

Ruth Ellen Wagner, age 88, a resident of Fairhope, AL passed away on Friday, July 11, 2014.   Mrs. Wagner was a lifelong member of Fairhope United Methodist Church.  She was also an Eastern Star for over 50 years, and volunteered with the Thomas Hospital Auxiliary for more than 15 years.   Ruth was preceded in death by her loving husband of 64 years, Amos Claude “Red” Wagner and brother Richard Spader.   She is survived by one daughter, Cynthia (Mark) Weiskopf of Silverhill, AL, two sons, Ronnie (Linda) Wagner and Steve Wagner (Todd Prather) all of Fairhope, AL. Three grandchildren, Dustin Wagner, Danyel Snell and Leslie Leachman, Eight great grandchildren, brother, Aubrey (Elsie) Spader of Robertsdale, many other family and friends.   Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope, AL, Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at 2:00pm.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00pm until the service time.   Interment will follow in Memory Gardens of Fairhope, Fairhope, AL.ARRANGMENTS BYWOLFE-BAYVIEW FUNERAL HOMES& CREMATORY, INC.19698 GREENO ROADFAIRHOPE, AL 36532251-990-7775
