Wade Dwight Mitcham

MITCHAM ELBERTA, AL Wade Dwight Mitcham, age 67, native of Monroe, GA and a resident of Elberta, AL, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2014 in Pensacola, FL. Wade is an Army Veteran of the the Vietnam War, a lifetime member of the VFW, and a former employee of Elberta Elementary School. Preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Mary Mitcham and a brother Wilson Mitcham. Wade is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Jeanne Doege Mitcham of Elberta, AL; two daughters, Kim (Chris) Still of Camp Lejeune, NC, Tanya (Gary) Evans of New Egypt, NJ;one sister,Connie Henderson of Social Circle,GA;four grandchildren,Caleb and Mya Evans, Tyler and Jacob Still,numerous nieces,nephews and other loving relatives. The family will receive friends Friday, June 6, 2014 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Foley, AL. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at 2:00PM. Interment will follow at Lay Cemetery in Elberta, AL.
