PARKER DAPHNE Joseph Lincoln Parker, age 82, a native of Fairhope and a resident of Daphne, passed away Thursday, May 8, 2014. Lincoln graduated from Fairhope High School in 1951 and served in the military from 1953 to 1954. He retired from Civil Service at Pensacola Naval Air Station after 35 years of service. He loved fishing and hunting. Mr. Parker was preceded in death by his mother, Orphie Agnes Hill Parker; father, Harry Hosmar Parker; two Brothers, Augustus Hosmar and Prescott Alphonso; a half brother and sister. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Victoria Lazzari Parker; six children, Michael Parker, Ailene Rillo, Connie (Charlie) Bengtson, Patricia (Stan) Houston, Martin Parker and Marvin (Caren) Parker; eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, May 14, 2014, at 11:00am, from Christ the King Catholic Church, with Fr. Matthew J. O’Connor and Fr. Timothy Deasy officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00am until the service time. Interment will follow in Belforest Catholic Cemetery.
