Robert Huber

DAPHNE, AL. Robert Earl Huber, Age 80, born in Hamilton, OH and a resident of Daphne, AL passed away on Friday, May 2, 2014. He was a Vietnam and Korean War veteran. Mr. Huber retired from the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Postal Service. He  is preceded in death by his wife, DeLaine Huber. Survivors include two daughters, Deborah (William) Moffett, and Kimberly (Harry) McLemore all of Fairhope, AL; one brother, Herbert Huber of Fairfield, OH; one sister, Nancy Boicheff of Seminole, FL; three grandchildren, Morgan Moffett, Kelsey McLemore and Krista McLemore; two great grandchildren, Christopher and Nicholas McLemore; other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Mr. Huber’s life will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at 10:00am at Redeemer Lutheran Church. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Redeemer Lutheran Church, 200 Section St., Fairhope, AL. 36532, Disaster Victim Services, 103 Appomacox Dr., Daphne,AL. 36526 or the V.F.W. Post 5660, Fairhope, AL. Inurnment will be held at Barrancas National Cemetery.
