Madie Ray Egebrecht

FOLEY, AL  Madie Ray Egebrecht, age 82, a native of Evergreen, AL and a resident of Foley, AL, passed away Friday, April 18, 2014.  Mrs. Egebrecht was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence “Larry” Egebrecht; son, Bruce Wright; step-daughter, Mary Jane “Dolly” Porter; and brother, Ted Curry.  She is survived by her three daughters, Diane (Harold) Joiner of Elberta, Paulette (Hector) De La Garza of Summerdale, Mona (Charles) Middleton of Foley; one son, Steve (Gail) Wright of Magnolia Springs; one step-daughter, Debbie Egebrecht of Madison, WI; two step-sons, Lawrence “Larry” Egebrecht, Jr of Tallahassee, FL, Gary (Wendy) Egegrecht of Robertsdale, AL; one brother, Jimmy D. Curry of Summerdale; eighteen grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at 2:00pm, from Berean Baptist Church, Elberta, AL.  The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00pm until the service time.
