DAPHNELeland Lartigue, a native of Mobile and resident of Daphne, passed away at his home on Thursday, April 17th after a long battle with COPD. Leland was a retired firefighter for the City of Mobile, and a Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife Karen Hughins Lartigue, daughter Heather (Sam) Weatherspoon, sister Becky Lartigue, grandchildren Michael & Kathryn Weatherspoon, and granddog Holly. Visitation will be held at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Daphne on Monday, April 21st at 12:00 P.M., followed by graveside service and interment at Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spanish Fort at 2:30 P.M.
