Alfred Carl Riebe

Elberta Al, Alfred Carl Riebe 86, passed away peacefully on Sunday March 23, 2014 at his home, with his family by his side. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend; he will be missed by all that knew him. He enjoyed farming and his family. He was of the Catholic Faith. He was preceded in death by his wife Clara Riebe, his brother, Frank Riebe and his parents; Alfred and Emilie Riebe. He is survived by  his four children; Holly Kinsey and husband Dennis, Paul Riebe and wife Dorothy, Cheryl Pilgrim and husband Robbie, Victor Riebe all of Elberta Al, one brother ; Robert Riebe of Gulf Shores, one sister; Emilie Grabowski of Atlanta GA, twelve grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and a host of other close relatives and friends.  Funeral service will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley, AL. Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 2:00PM  with Deacon Susan Mckee officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to funeral service.     Interment will follow in  Elberta Public Cemetery, Elberta, AL.
