Charles Phelps Forrest, Sr.

SPANISH FORT, AL Charles Phelps Forrest, Sr., age 90, native of Drew, MS and resident of Spanish Fort, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2014. Charles was preceded in death by a son, Bill Forrest. He is survived by his wife, Diana C. Forrest of Spanish Fort; five children, Danny Forrest of Houston, TX Chuck Forrest, Jr. of Orange Beach, Mary E. Forrest Daphne, Lisa G. Johnston of Mobile, Wayne M. Garrison of Nashville, TN; two sisters, MaryBelle Moore of Oxford, MS, Ann Brasher of Charleston, MS;  one brother, Jim Forrest of Dallas, TX;  twelve grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and numerous other loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Friday, February 7, 2014 at Providence United Methodist Church at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends beginning at 12:30 till time of service. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens of Fairhope. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Providence United Methodist Church, 32200 Jimmy Faulkner Dr., Spanish Fort, AL  36527.
