SPANISH FORT Doris Black Wilson, age 80, born April 26, 1933 in Covington County, AL. and a resident of Spanish Fort, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2014 with her family at her side. She was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Wilson, her parents, Leo and Ella Mae Black, 6 brothers, Otto, Hazel, Carl, Wilmer, Donnie and O’Neal Black. She leaves to cherish her memories, 5 devoted children: Carolyn (Irwin Lipscomb) Dugger of Robertsdale, Terry (Patricia) Wilson of Altha, FL., Ann (Clarence) Howard of Eight Mile, Rita (Wyatt) Phillips of Stapleton, Sara (Tony) Morris of Spanish Fort; 8 grandchildren, Gwen Lee, Ronnie Dugger, Bubba Morris, Ashley Jones, Andrea, Trevor, Kara and Alisha Phillips; 7 great-grandchildren: Haden, Sara & Camden Devine, Ja’Lynn Jones, Haylen Brown, Addison & Blakely Morris; 1 sister, Delores Vance of KY, 2 sister-in-laws; Fay Black of FL. and Wanda Black of TX. A host of nieces, nephews and several devoted friends and her beloved cat, Dusty. Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 15, 2014 from 10:00 – 12:00 PM at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Daphne. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm from the chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Charles Dugger officiating. Pallbearers will be Tony & Bubba Morris, Ronnie & Terry Dugger, Haden Devine, and Clarence Howard.
