MARTIN FOLEY, AL Dorothy Sims Martin, age 89, a resident of Foley, AL passed away Sunday, December 8, 2013. She was a member of the Eastern Stars and the First Baptist Church of Jasper, AL., owner of Parkland Drugs and Dot’s Country Kitchen. Preceded in death by her husband, Reynolds J. Martin , sisters; Sara Free and Charlene Inman. She is survived by her sons; Jimmy Cunningham of Orange Beach, AL , Mike Cunningham of Foley, AL , sister Kathryn Sherer of Orlando, FL., granddaughters; Kelly Rieck of Parksburg, PA., Kim Cunningham of Orange Beach, AL., Kaci Thomas of San Antonio, TX., Sunny Smith of Troy, AL., grandson, Matt Cunningham of Augusta, GA., six great grandchildren, special friend and caretaker Bobbie Douglas. Visitation will be held from the Chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Thursday, December 12, 2013 at 9:00AM. The family will recieve friends at 9:00AM until time of service Graveside service will be Monday, December 16, 2013 at 2:00PM. Interment will be at Walker Memorial Gardens, Jasper, AL In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
