Anne Marie Halco

Anne Marie Halco, age 77, native of Van Buren, ME and resident of Gulf Shores, Alabama passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2013. Anne Marie was an active volunteer with the AARP Tax Returns Board, served on the Board of Directors for Habitat For Humanity Foley, AL area, and the Literacy Council.  She was a religious instructor at Our Lady of The Gulf Catholic Church. She was also a registered nurse working in the public school system, home health care and Maine State Prison. Anne Marie was a former sales manager at The Complete Studio and Artist Gallery. She is survived by her husband, Robert Halco of Gulf Shores, AL; two daughters, Karena Halco of Denver, CO, Lisa Halco of Chicago, IL; two sons, Mark Halco and Chris Halco, both of Gulf Shores, AL; three brothers, Norman Masse, Donald Masse and Kenneth Masse;  three sisters, Delcia Duncombe ,  Francine Dyer and Maxine Willis, all of California;  two grandchildren, Ian Hamilton and Sarah Stallworth;  three great grandchildren, Hannah Dickerson, Mia Dickerson and Breylon Dickerson. Funeral services will be Friday, December 6, 2013 at 7:00 pm at the Chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Foley, AL. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service.
