JOHNSON FOLEY Anna Childers Phalen Johnson , age 98, of Lansing, WV formerly of Foley, AL passed away Thursday, October 3, 2013 . Born February 17, 1915, Anna was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church of Foley, AL. Preceded in death by her parents Ottmer and Edna Childers, husband Wirt H. Johnson, Elmo J. Phalen husband of previous marriage, daughter Janet Palen Akstin, five sisters and three brothers. She is survived by one sister, Betty Mc Coig of Prosperity, SC, one brother, Charles Childers of La Grange, IN, son-in-law Matt Akstin, granddaughter, Kerry Akstin Britt of Fortson, GA, grandson Danny Akstin of Alaska, step daughter Melisande Johnson Hudall of Lansing, WV, step grandchildren and great grandchildren, a great great grandchild, several nieces, nephews and many friends in WV and Foley, A Family will receive friends Tuesday, October 8, 2013, from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home.
