FAIRHOPE, AL Cecil Wesley Hurley, age 84, a native of Daphne, AL and a resident of Fairhope, AL died peacefully at home, Tuesday, September 17, 2013. Cecil was a retired U.S. Air Force SMSgt with over 20 years of active service. He then retired as a teacher from Baldwin County Board of Education. Cecil called square dancing for 38 years with the Jubilee Squares in Fairhope, along with various other clubs. Cecil was a member of the Greeno Masonic Lodge # 598. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Carmelita S. Hurley; son, Michael E. Hurley; daughter, Karen H. (Mike) Willard all of Fairhope; 6 grandchildren, David Willard, Perri (Jesse) Farlow, Becca (Aaron) Yuhas, Jessie (Daniel) Fuernrohr, Casey Willard, Katherine (Dakota) Nelson; and 2 great grandchildren. Visitations will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2013 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope, AL. Graveside services will follow at the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spanish Fort, AL at 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to: Wounded Warrior Project P.O.
