Beatrice Engstrom Steele

FAIRHOPE, AL Beatrice E. Steele, age 90, a native of Chicago, IL and a resident of Fairhope, AL passed away, Wednesday, September 11, 2013. Beatrice was preceded in death by her husband, Ira N. Steele; grandson, David Louis Cohen; and sister, Evelyn M. Caldwell. She is survived by daughters, Kathryn Steele Wiles (Louis) and Andrea Steele Rhodes (Jim) all of Fairhope, grandchildren, Christina Rhodes, Michelle Cohen, and Shannan Drummond (Bill); great grandchildren, Laura, Gwendolyn, Jeanne Cohen, Michael, and Sean Drummond; sister, Diana Jones of Spanish Fort; and nephew, Butch Caldwell of Beaumont, Texas; and a dear friend, Francine Valrie Carter. Funeral Services will be held Friday, September 13, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope. The family will receive friends on Friday, one hour prior to service.
