Evelyon Joyce Merritt

MOBILE, AL Evelyon Joyce Merritt, age 77, of Mobile, AL was called home on Sunday, June 30, 2013.Joyce was a long time resident of Fairhope, AL where she worked at the Fairhope Municipal Airport for many years and also owned and operated Merritt’s TV with her husband, John C. Merritt.She is preceded in death by her husband.She is survived by her daughter Pamela Merritt; son, John Merritt; his children, John Jr., Robbie, and Jocelyn Sue, and two great grandchildren, Troy and Tyler with another great grandchild on the way.Joyce was a loving and caring mother and grandmother and she will be missed tremendously.Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at the Wolfe-Bayview Chapel in Fairhope, AL. followed by a graveside service at 3:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens in Fairhope.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society of Mobile, AL.ARRANGEMENTS BY WOLFE-BAYVIEW FUNERAL HOMES & CREMATORY, INC. 19698 GREENO ROAD FAIRHOPE, AL 36532 (251)990-7775
