Lucy Jane Payne-Tew

PAYNE-TEW FOLEY, AL. Lucy Jane Payne-Tew, Age 85, a native of Headland, AL., and a current resident of Foley, AL., passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at a local hospital. Mrs. Payne-Tew is preceded in death by her parents, John and Martha Hancock Land, husbands; Milton Birscoe, Lewis Payne, Ray Tew , a sister, Delia Cannon and a brother, Jack Land. She was a very loving mother, grandmother, great- grandmother and great- great- grandmother. Survivors include her daughter, Tina Graham of Foley, AL.; one sister, Lucille Cowart of Columbia, S.C.; grandchildren, Glenn(Tamarah) Rigsby, Tracy( Rick) Ewing, Greg Rigsby, Kelly (George) Wallace and Brian Graham; great grandchildren, Jessicca Wallace, Britney ( Michael) Wallace-Beasley, Colton Wallace, Alexa Rigsby, Shelby Rigsby, Baylee and Hanna Rigsby; great-great grandchild, Landon Wallace; other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, June 29,2013 at 2:00PM from the chapel of Gray Funeral Home, Union Springs, AL.
