GREINER FAIRHOPE, AL Neil Robert Greiner, age 64, a native of Webster City, IA, and a resident of Fairhope, AL passed away Thursday, April 11, 2013He is survived by his mother, Eleanor Greiner of Fairhope, two sons, Robert M. Greiner of FL and Carey N. Greiner of SC; one daughter Deanna Bobrorowski, one brother, Dr. Dale Greiner (Leslie) of MA, one sister Anne (Mike) Gelsie of Fairhope, one step son, Beau Cadien and one step daughter Michelle Rodriguez both of VA, 3 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, nieces and nephews, and a special friend, Evie MohlerNeil grew up and graduated from high school in Webster City, Iowa. He then earned a BA from Buena Vista College in Iowa. His career path demonstrated his many talents and abilities. His work included being a middle school coach and teacher where his basketball team went 22-0 and a manager of restaurants for Wendy’s and KFC as well as Kroger delis. His last position was a state food inspector for Florida and he retired from that position. He had a love of pugs, hunting, fishing, sports, and yard sales. He was especially good at restoring and refinishing furniture. Neil never met a stranger and once he met a person, he always remembered and used his or her name.
