FOLEY Mr. Joe Oliver Young age 85, passed away on Tuesday April 2, 2013 in Foley, AL. He was a native of Elmore County, AL and a resident of Foley, AL Joe was a long time carpenter/construction worker. His was a avid Alabama Crimson Tide fan. He was a veteran of the Army and a member of the American Legion Post 99 in Foley, AL He will be greatly missed by his loving dog companion “003”. Mr. Young is preceded in death by his 2 brothers Richard & John Ben Young. He is survived by his brother, Ronald (Mary) Young of Bogart, GA; 2 sisters, Liz Anderson of Foley, AL and Christine (Wayne) Smith of Robertsdale, AL Nieces & nephews, Denise (Bryan) Poczekaj- Weinert, Terry, Randy and Eric Poczekaj; Brad, Greg, and Ben Smith; Wade (Mona) and Rickey Young, Allison Hodges. Special friends, Peggy, Frank, Thelma and Everett.
