DAPHNE, AL Cody Darren Weaver, age 22, native of Mobile and resident of Daphne, passed away Sunday, March 10, 2013. Cody attended Daphne High School. He is survived by his parents, Darren and Stephanie Weaver of Daphne; a brother, Chaz Weaver of Daphne; paternal grandparents, Allen and Judy Rhodes of Mobile; maternal grandparents, Nina Burchette of Gautier Ms., Fletcher and Alma Burchette of Huntsville Al. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other loving relatives. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 3:00 pm at the Chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service. Interment will be at Jubilee Memorial Gardens. Silent Tear Each night we shed a silent tear, As we speak to you in prayer.
