Thomas "Ted" Edward Dyer

FAIRHOPE Thomas “Ted” Edward Dyer, age 95, a native and lifelong resident of Fairhope, passed away Saturday, March 09, 2013. Ted was a WWII Veteran.  He was a member of the Elks Lodge, American Legion, 40-8, the Masonic Lodge and the VFW.  He was also a Shriner. Mr. Dyer was preceded in death by his son, Thomas “Tommy” E. Dyer, Jr., daughter, Martha Dyer Rejczyk, granddaughters, Lanette Marie Fuqua, Sherry Elana Fuqua, and grandson, Herbert Levon Fuqua, Jr. He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Louise G. Dyer, granddaughter, Gail Fuqua Walley and her husband Matt, grandchildren, Matthew Walley, Andrew Walley, along with all the Walley grandchildren, son-in-law, Mike Rejczyk, many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Homes, Fairhope, Monday, March 11, 2013 at 2:00pm. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00pm until the service time.
