He is survived by his wife of 73 years, Eugenia Lewis Murchison of Fairhope;their children, Betty (Jim) Gay,Randy (Betty) Murchison,Gloria Murchison Doss, all of Fairhope,W. Keith (Stewart Tomlinson) Murchison of Tallahassee, FL;grandchildren, Jeff (Laurie) Gay, of Summerdale, AL,Jennifer (Jeremy) Messer of Pensacola, FL,Scott Murchison of Dallas, TX,Drew (Christie) Murchison of Mobile, AL,Brian Murchison of Grand Rapids, MI,Kelley Doss (Brody) Cartwright of Ft. Worth, TX;seven great grandchildren;two great great grandchildren;many other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope, AL, Friday, February 22, 2013, at 1:00pm.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00pm until the service time.
