Ronald Gary Keyser

FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA Ronald Gary Keyser, age 83, a native of Cornwall, N.Y., and a resident of Fairhope, AL., passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at his residence. He was a member of St. James Episcopal Church and the order of Kappa Alpha Faternity.  An avid golfer, he was a member of Storm King Golf Club for over 25 years. Survivors include his wife, Margaret Keyser of Fairhope, AL; one daughter, Diane Granlund of San Ramon, CA; two sons, Stephen (Becky) Keyser of Fresno, CA and Robert (Cathy) Keyser,  of Fairhope, AL; one brother, Harry Keyser, Jr. of Warwick, R.I., sixteen grandchildren; James Keyser, Michelle Keyser Haynam, David R. Keyser, Kevin Keyser, Wendy Hinkle,  David M. Keyser, Jennifer Hanger, Thomas Keyser, Kristyn Claypool,  Daniel Keyser, Brian Keyser, Michael Keyser, Amy Keyser, John Granlund, Kristin Granlund, Erica Granlund,  and twelve great-grandchildren. Mr. Keyser is preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Eleanor Keyser and a son, David Keyser. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 3:00pm at St. James Episcopal Church. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 22, 2013 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope from 3:00pm until 5:00pm and 7:00pm until 9:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Shepherd’s Place, Fairhope United Methodist Church or  St. James Episcopal Church.
