DAY FOLEY, AL Vintis Vandeventer Day, 94 years of age, a native of London, KY and a resident of Foley, AL died December 26, 2012 in Foley, AL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kellis H. Day; one son, Dennis N. Day; one grandson, Timothy Paul Day; two brothers, Wilburn Vandeventer & Curtis Vandeventer; and three sisters, Gladys Day, Jewel Campbell, and Juanita Vandeventer. Survivors include two sons, Bennie R. Day, Foley, AL and Kellis Dewayne Day, San Jose, CA; one daughter, Sharon Kibbey, Connersville, IN; 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren; one brother, Eugene Vandeventer, Concord, NC; three sisters, Geneva Farthing, Hamilton, OH, Lois Webb, Hamilton, OH, and Lorene Hopper, London, KY. Services will be held Friday, December 28, 2012 from The Chapel of Wolf-Bayview Funeral Home in Foley AL. The family will receive friends at 9:00 am until time of service.
