"Corky" Robin Kirk Kaechele

Elberta AL. “Corky”( Robin Kirk Kaechele) 56, was born to Thelma and John Kaechele on March 28,1956 He was born to eternal life on Dec. 22,2012. Corky was well known for his generous loving heart. He was the first little league player to hit the ball out of the Elberta baseball park. He successfully “obtained” two of Mr. Hand’s paddles from Elberta Elementary. He enjoyed motorcycle riding, water skiing, and just spending time with his family and friends out on the water. He probably caught more mullet for enjoyment than any other person alive. Corky always put his whole heart into everything he did, because of this he spent all of his free time for three years physically building his family a home. He lived each day with his faith in God, loving his family and friends, providing and giving of himself always. Corky’s greatest accomplishment was sharing the love in his heart; a legacy we should all follow. He lived life to the fullest and left his footprints deep in our hearts. He was preceded in death by his Mother “Blacky”, his brother Jim, sister-in-law Bev Kaechele and nephew Scotty Gartman. He is survived by his loving wife Annette, his three children Robyn, Jack and Caraline; His siblings Eleanor “Doodle”(husband) Cecil Gartman, “Bud” John (wife) Marilyn, Joyce “Chick” Kaechele, “Lex” Robert (wife) Debra, “Geezer” Vernon (wife) Deanna, “Pi” Lorraine (Husband) Richard Riemer, Madelyn “Monk” (Husband) Charles Tucker, “Chuck” Charles (wife) Darlene, his father Johnny Kaechele, and father-in-law Kenny and Marie Kaiser, three sister in- laws Regina (Husband) Phil Constan, Cindy (husband)Jay Saiter, Tricia (husband) Mark Hamlin, and brother-in-law Kenny (wife) Brooke Kaiser, 31 nieces and nephews, 32 great nieces and nephews and 5 great-great nieces and nephews and a host of other very close relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Wed. 26, 2012 at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Elberta, Al for recitation of the rosary at 8:00 am; visitation from 8:30 AM until 10:00 AM and the Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 AM, with the Father Ronald Gajettan officiating. The graveside will follow the funeral in the Prince of Peace Catholic Cemetery in Elberta. Pallbearers are; George Nelson, Eric Eckerle, Tony Gaubatz, Kelton Kaiser, Henry Burkhardt, Paul Riebe.
