Theresa Michelle Milford

PENSACOLA, FL Theresa Michelle Milford, age 37, native of Baltimore, MD and resident of Pensacola, FL, passed away Sunday, July 15, 2012. Theresa graduated from Columbus State University, Columbus, GA with a BA in English; she received a MA in Professional Writing from Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, GA where she was an adjunct English Professor; she was currently attending University of West Florida, Pensacola FL completing a second MA in Social Work. Theresa was a self published author and loved writing poetry. She was currently teaching English for the Veteran’s Upward Program at Pensacola State College, Pensacola, FL. She is survived by her husband, Justin Milford of Pensacola, FL; parents, Norbert and Jane Basel of Foley, AL; two brothers, Stephen Basel and Gerard Anthony Basel (Barbra Kristine) both of Pensacola, FL and a host of other loving relatives and friends Funeral services will be Friday, July 20, 2012 at 5:00 pm at the Chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Foley. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. A private interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an At-Risk Youth charity of choice or to an Animal Rescue charity of choice.
