Betty Louise Carnley

CARNLEY DAPHNE, AL Betty Carnley, age 77, born in Cordova and resident of Daphne, passed away Saturday, May 5, 2012. Mrs. Carnley was a member and former organist of Spanish Trail Baptist Church for many years.  She was the former secretary at Daphne Baptist Church.  Mrs Carnley, a devoted wife and mother, had many passions including church activities, reading, gardening and music. Her greatest passion however was her love for Jesus Christ. Mrs. Carnley is survived by her husband, James L. Carnley of Daphne;  two sons, Darrell (Deanna) Carnley of Layton, UT,  Gary (Dana) Carnley of Daphne;  three sisters, Jeanette Scott of Indian Springs,  Shirley Bonner of Berry,  Ann Busby of Cordova;  a brother, J.D. Phillips of Metairie, LA; six grandchildren, Micha, Kenna, Cori, Mari, Blake and Brianna. Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 3:00 pm at Spanish Trail Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Belforest Community Cemetery.
