Zachary Bruce Graham

FAIRHOPE, AL, Zachary Bruce Graham, age 15, of Fairhope, AL, passed away October 30, 2011, at USA Children’s and Women’s Hospital. He was born on November 30, 1995, in Montgomery, AL. Zachary was preceded in death by his twin brother, Austin Harvey Graham. He is survived by his loving family, parents Michelle Martin Graham and Bruce Graham, Jr.,brother, Jacob Graham,sister, Bethany Graham,grandparents, Peggy and Allen Martin of Destrehan, LA, Katy and Bruce Graham of Fairhope, AL,aunts, uncles, and cousins. Zachary also leaves behind many longtime doctors and caregivers that provided love and support to him and his family. Zachary was a freshman at Fairhope High School and a member of Fairhope United Methodist Church. Attending public school in Fairhope brought much joy to Zachary’s life. Thank you to all his wonderful teachers, nurses, aides, and bus drivers that worked with him daily. Thanks also to the caring ladies in the church nursery for their unconditional love. To know Zachary was truly a blessing. He had such a gentle spirit and contagious laugh. His beautiful smile could melt the heart of those around him. Though he never spoke a word, he certainly inspired us all with his courage, preserverence, and the ability to overcome incredible challenges. Special thanks to the medical staff at USA Children’s and Women’s Hospital for the wonderful care that was given. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2011, at 11:00 am at Fairhope United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 1, 2011, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope, AL.
