Jerry Catherine Jones

SPANISH FORT, AL. Jerry Catherine Jones, age 85, a native of Fayette, and a resident of Spanish Fort, passed away Friday, September 16, 2011in Mobile. She was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church. Jerry was preceded in death by her husband, John P. Jones; son, Paul Jones;  parents,  Kilby and Esther White, and her granddaughter, Christy Gilchrist. She is survived by her daughter, Karen J. (Russ) Ware of Spanish Fort; five grandchildren, Shane (Madeliane) Gilchrist of Wetumpka, AL, Susan (Jeff) Matuszak of Raleigh, NC, Russ (Donna Faye) Ware Jr. of Tuscaloosa, AL., Robyn (Dane) Haygood of Spanish Fort, AL., Regan (Lee) Lawson, of Fairhope; seven great-grandchildren, Tanner and Braxton Gilchrist, Collin Matuszak, Braden and Darby Ware, Abbie, Ashton and Carley Haygood, and Knox and Greer Lawson . Graveside services will be Monday, September 19, 2011 at 10:15 am at Barrancas National Cemetery, Pensacola, FL. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Odyssey Hospice.
