FOLEY, AL David Anthony Cowart, age 49, a life long resident of Foley, AL passed away Saturday, August 20, 2011. Mr. Cowart is survived by is mother, Betty Cowart Thomas of Foley. Three brothers, Billy Cowart of Foley, Keith (Terry) Cowart of Sylacauga, AL; Al (Diedre) Cowart of Elberta, AL; one sister, Judy Hamburg of Foley, AL; nephews, Kris Cowart, Jon Cowart, Ben Cowart, J.C. Hamburg and Will Cowart; niece, Lauren Cowart; stepbrothers, Bill (Theresa) Thomas and Bryant (Christine) Thomas; stepsisters, Ann Webb and Susie Thomas; special friends, Genevieve Ewing, Mindi Sullivan and Jason Sullivan. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 24, 2011, at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2011, at 10:00am at the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home. Interment will be in Pine Rest Memorial Park.
