Gaylord Willard Miller

 DAPHNE, AL Gaylord Willard Miller, age 80, a native of Theodore, AL and a resident of Daphne, passed away, Saturday, August 6, 2011, at his home. Mr. Miller retired from the Federal Government after 28 years of service, then became a homebuilder for 10 years. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Shirley Miller of Daphne, AL, sons, Daniel Miller and his wife Cindy of Rochester, NY, Steven Miller and his wife Judith of Semmes, AL, sister, Emerie Elliott of Theodore, AL, one granddaughter, Mary Maddlen Miller, one great granddaughter, Destiny Rae Carroll, two step granddaughters, five step great grandchildren,  nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Daphne, Wednesday, August 10, 2011, at 6:00 pm.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service, until 8:00 pm.
