Danny Joseph Hamilton

DAPHNE, AL Danny Joseph Hamilton, age 57, passed away Friday, July 22, 2011.  He was a native of Mobile and a resident of Daphne. Danny was a longtime home builder, having built over 500 homes during his career.  He worked as an insurance adjuster for Pilot Catastrophe for thirteen years and was currently serving as Vice President of Vadium Group. He is preceded in death by his father, William Joseph Hamilton, mother Madge Childers Hamilton and nephew, Jerry Lee. He is survived by his three children, Paige Hamilton (Ben) Ellis of Arlington, VA, Emily Elizabeth Hamilton, Harrison Joseph Hamilton, both of Daphne; the mother of his children, Cindy (Charles) Powell of Bay Minette; one brother, Don (Minnie) Hamilton of Mobile; sisters, Delora Pate of Daphne, Dottie Lee Taylor of Mobile; nephews David (Kim) Hamilton, Paul (Charlene) Hamilton, William (Irene) Hamilton, Steve (Nancy) Pate, Joel (Mitzi) Pate, all of Mobile, numerous other loving family members and friends. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at 11:00 am at the Chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Daphne.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until the time of the service.
