CALGARY, CANADA Jacquelyn McKnight Williams departed this life June 27, 2011 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  She was born Sept. 20, 1954 in West Memphis, AR to the late Robert Atkison McKnight and Joan Spaine McKnight. Jacque graduated from Stephens College with a BA in Art and subsequently earned an MA in Art History from the University of Missouri.  She was formally a long time resident of Wilmington, NC and Houston, TX.  Jacque and her husband, Darryl had recently moved to Calgary. Jacque enjoyed nature and the beautiful vistas of Canada.  She was an extremely talented artist and will be remembered for her art work and photography.  She loved contributing her art to restoring old homes and creating unique furnishings. Jacque loved the sounds and smells of the beach.  She loved people, gourmet meals, travel and above all, God and family.  She loved the church and even taught the art of making beautiful Russian style eggs.  She will be sorely missed by her many friends in the USA and Canada.  She will be remembered for her smile, her voice and her sweet disposition. Jacque is survived by her husband of 33 years, Jon Darryl Williams of Calgary;  her son, John Robert and his wife, Heather, her grandchild, Taylin of Fort Campbell, KY;  her brother, Robert McKnight, M.D. and wife, Patti of Daphne;  four nieces and two nephews.  She is also survived by her mother, Joan Spaine McKnight, her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Doris and Billy Williams and her sister-in-law, Anna Williams.She was predeceased by her brother, William Bunyan McKnight.Visitation will be Thursday, July 7, 2011 from 5:00-8:00 pm at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Daphne.  The family will also receive friends Friday, July 8, 2011 from 10:00-11:00 am at St Paul’s Episcopal Church in Malone Hall in Daphne.  A Celebration of Life service will follow at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, the American Heart Association or St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Building Fund.
