Carole Smyer Jones

FOLEY, AL   Carole Smyer Jones, age 70, a native of Auburn, a life long resident of Fairhope and a current resident of Foley, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2011.   Carole retired from Bellsouth and was a Telephone Pioneer.  After retirement she became a regular volunteer at the Haven.   She is survived by her husband, Bill Jones of White House Fork, daughters, Michele Jones Arnett and her husband Eric of Granger, IN, Kimberly Ashtin Jones of Daphne, Shannon Gay Sullivan and her husband Danny of Fairhope, Jody Leigh Ward of White House Fork, father, Robert F. Smyer of Fairhope, sister, Jan Prickett Butler and her husband Mike of Daphne, brothers, Dr. William “Bill” Smyer of Fancy Gap, VA, Mercer Prickett and his wife Judy of Scottsboro, AL, Richard F.
