Dennis was preceded in death by his father, Claude Underwood, and grandson, Austin Underwood Ford. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Underwood of Foley, son, Chad Underwood and his wife Lisa of Summerdale, daughters, Tammy Ford and her husband Archie of Midland, NC, Brande Kinsey and her husband Derek of Foley, grandchildren, Cheyenne, Cortney and Lacey Underwood, Cody and Cole Ford, Destiny, Haven and Justice Kinsey, mother, Helen Underwood of Magnolia Springs, brothers, Kenneth Underwood and his wife Helen of Magnolia Springs, Gary Underwood of Foley, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley, Saturday, May 28, 2011, from 10:00am until 11:30am.
