Edmond Charles Campbell, Jr.

LILLIAN, AL Edmond Charles Campbell, Jr. passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2011 in Spanish Fort at the age of 78.  He was a native of Rhode Island, longtime resident of Lillian and a current resident of Spanish Fort.Mr. Campbell was a U.S. Army veteran and a very active member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Cecelia M. Campbell of Spanish Fort;  a daughter, Anne Brunson of Houston, TX;  five sons, Chris Campbell of Houston, TX,  Tim Campbell of East Lansing, MI,  Matt Campbell of White Lake, MI,  John Campbell of Safety Harbor, FL, Pete Campbell of Clarkston, MI;  two sisters, Carol Wasco and Jane Harrigan, both of New Jersey;  and four granddaughters, Stephanie and Cecelia Campbell, Jackie and Samantha Liedtke. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, March 28, 2011 at 10 am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Lillian.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to Mass.  Interment will be at Prince of Peace Catholic Cemetery in Elberta. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to the Lillian Recreational Park, P.O.
