William "Bill" Hunter Phillips

DAPHNE, AL William “Bill” Hunter Phillips, age 66, a native of Butler , AL , and resident of Daphne, AL, passed away Monday, March 14, 2011. Mr. Phillips was preceded in death by his parents, Hunter Phillips and Isla Mae Trice Phillips and his first wife, Patsy Taylor Phillips. Mr. Phillips graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration.  He was an educator and was active in the radio industry for many years.   Bill is survived by his wife, Conchita “Kelley” Phillips of Daphne, Sister, Betty Phillips Barnhill (Ben) of Fairhope, Daughter, Hunter Phillips Goodman (Mark) of Little Rock , Arkansas , Daughter, Conchita “Helen” Doyle (William) of Daphne, Nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, and beloved pets. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2011, at 1:00 pm, at the residence, 1106 Lovette Lane , Daphne, with reception to follow. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that donations be made to Baldwin County Humane Society, P.O. Box 206 , Fairhope , AL 36533 .
