Peter Bonner Atchison

ORANGE BEACH, AL. Mr. Peter Bonner Atchison age 77, a native of Hartford, CT., and a resident of Orange Beach, AL, passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at a local hospital. He is preceded in death by his daughter Katherine Bonner Atchison. Mr. Atchison is survived by his wife Elizabeth B. Atchison of Orange Beach, AL 4 sons John of Dallas, GA, Peter Jr. of Denham Springs, LA, Frederick of Brookhaven, MS and Frank Adam of Summerdale, AL; 2 daughters Elizabeth Folse of Bryans Road, MD and Nellamarie Atchison Childress of Orange Beach, AL 3 sisters Katherine Halla of Queenstown, MD, Margaret Levesque of Bristol, CT and Frances Milford of Greensboro, NC; 11 grandchildren 2 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday February 26, 2011at St. Thomas by the Sea Catholic Church in Orange Beach, AL at 10:00AM. The family will receive friends on Friday February 25, 2011 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Foley, AL from 5-8pm In urnment will be held at Barrancas National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to St. Thomas by the Sea building fund P.O. Box 1190 Orange Beach, AL 36535 or the American Cancer Society.
