Shirley C. Banks Scott

FAIRHOPE Shirley C. Banks Scott passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2011, in Fairhope , AL .  She was born June 23, 1933 in Birmingham , AL , and a long time resident of Mobile and Fairhope. Mrs. Scott was a graduate of Jacksonville State University .  She was retired from the Mobile County School System. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lucille and C. Harold Childress, and her son, Kevin Banks. Survivors include two sons, Michael Banks (Penny) and Collin Banks, two grandsons, Sean Banks and Drew Banks.  Celebration of Life services will be held on Friday, January 28, 2011, at 2:00 pm, from the Chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope , AL .
