Mary Lain Maxey Farnell

FAIRHOPE , AL   Mary Lain Maxey Farnell, age 89, a native of New Albany , IN and a resident of Fairhope , AL , passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2011.   Mrs. Farnell was a member of the Thomas Hospital Auxiliary for over 25 years.   Mary was preceded in death by her husband W. Claude Farnell , Jr.   She is survived by her Son, William C. “Bill” Farnell, III and his wife Loressa, Fairhope, Grandchildren, Jennifer Davis and her husband John, Melissa Brown and her husband James T., all of Opelika , AL , Timothy Thompson of Daphne, AL, Stacy Prewitt and her husband Kevin, of Dallas , TX , David Farnell, of Daphne, Ten great grandchildren, Other relatives and friends.   A celebration of life memorial service will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Saturday, January 15, 2011, at 11:00am.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:30am until service time.   In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to Thomas Hospital Auxiliary, P.
