Robert Edwin Dearmond

DAPHNE Robert Edwin Dearmond passed away Sunday, January 9, 2011 in Daphne at the age of 88. He was a native of Millry and a resident of Daphne. Mr. Dearmond was a U.S Army veteran. He was a Deacon and Sunday School teacher at Spanish Trail Baptist Church for many years. He was also a member of the Gideon International. He is survived by his wife of sixty-one years, Doris E. Dearmond of Daphne; five daughters, Darlene Dearmond of Daphne, Connie Dearmond-Murfin of Spanish Fort, Pam Dearmond of Daphne, Vonda Edmiston of Mobile, Wanda Purvis of Daphne; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 11, 2011 from 1-2 pm at Spanish Trail Baptist Church, with funeral services following at 2:00 pm at the church. Interment will follow at Jubilee Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Spanish Trail Baptist Church, P.O.
